1. Download or update the ILLUM Key app

Make sure your ILLUM Key app is up to date. If you do not have the app installed, go to App Store or Google Play and search ‘ILLUM Key’.

2. Purchase

For every 500 kr. you spend* during November 25-27 you automatically earn a ticket for the Black Days Tombola. The more you shop the greater your chances of winning. 

3. Keep track of your tickets in the ILLUM Key app

Your tickets will be stored in your ILLUM Key app until the winners are drawn on December 6.

The competition runs from November 25 2022 at 09:00 to November 27 2022 at 20.00. Employees of ILLUM and members of their households may not participate in the competition. Participants who have downloaded the ILLUM Key app will collect one ticket for every DKK 500 spent* during Black Days (the period stated above). *Applies only to purchases from brands covered by the ILLUM Key program. See which ones.

Any ILLUM Key member who downloads the app and makes purchases over DKK 500 during the period automatically participates in the competition. A member can collect as many tickets as desired. This will increase the chances of winning. Three winners will be found.

The draw for the winners will take place on 6 December. The winners will be contacted directly per. e-mail. The ILLUM Key points won are deposited directly into the winners' ILLUM Key account. The winners will each receive 500,000 ILLUM Key points worth of DKK 10,000. The points won must be used in ILLUM before February 28 2023. If these are not used before this date, the prize will be waived.

ILLUM will not at any time sell or pass on your information to third parties.

In case of suspicion of fraud, ILLUM reserves the right to exclude users from both competition participation and ILLUM Key Customer Club without notice.
